Stress and Exhaustion

We leave for LA Tuesday. I am so stressed out about all that I have to do to prepare. Last weekend I was off from work so that I could go home to see my niece's dance performance. Since then, the only day I've had off is Thanksgiving. So, I've had little to time get ready for our trip. To make matters even more difficult, Sissy said she wouldn't be able to keep Charlie the whole time we will be gone. Originally, we asked my cousin, Donielle, and her husband to keep Charlie. They have the sweetest dog, Bella, and she and Charlie get along really well and enjoy playing with one another so much. They agreed, but then Sissy asked to house sit and Charlie sit instead. She has finals during the same week, so she thought she would have more peace and quite to study at our house, than at her house with three roommates. I thought this would be great so that Charlie would be in his own home and have as little change as possible. I figure it will be traumatic enough being away from us for a week without being in a strange place as well. Since then, Sissy has made plans for the weekend, so I needed to find someone else to watch him for the second half of our trip. I asked Donielle, but she thought they might have plans. I was worried that they might alter their plans to help out, and I really didn't want them to have to do that. Then, my wonderful sister volunteered to come and keep him for the week. I know she will take wonderful care of him. Plus, Charlie will love all the attention he will get from Marissa Grace. It is going to be difficult to leave him for a whole week, but it is going to be much easier now that I know he is going to be well taken care of. I've been awake since early yesterday morning. I've been up all night cleaning and doing laundry, trying to get ready to leave. I am so exhausted and I have to work tomorrow night. I hope I can get everything finished before Tuesday morning. I am so excited and a little anxious. Pray for our safe keeping and that we have a good time of fellowship with Jonathan and Katie. I look forward to updating everyone about how everything goes. Good night!
