I started this list months ago. I thought it would be neat to make a post about the baby items I'd love to have, if I could have anything I wanted. If you've read my 25 week update, then you know that I've already been lucky enough to receive one of the items on the list! :)
The first item on my list is the Babyletto Madison swivel glider. I love the shape and size of the glider, and it fits perfectly in Madelyn's nursery! It is so soft and comfortable, which will be so wonderful during those late night feedings! I cannot wait to rock my sweet, baby girl in this glider!!!
The next item on my list is the BOB Stroller Strides fitness stroller. In all honesty, it doesn't have to be the Stroller Strides...I just know I'd like to have a BOB jogging stroller. I miss jogging, and I can't wait to get back at it once Madelyn is born!

I really want a Britax carseat! They have wonderful safety ratings. Also, Marissa Grace had a Britax and seemed very comfortable, whereas when she had ridden in cheaper carseats she was fussy...I certainly don't want a fussy baby in the car! After looking at all the models and their safety features, I think the Advocate is the way I'd like to go.
I first fell in love with Ju Ju Be diaper bags a couple of years ago, when Mom, Jennifer and I purchased one for my cousin. She wanted a backpack style diaper bag, so we bought her the Pack A Be. I love all of the compartments...everything has it's place! My all time favorite style is the Be Prepared, since I am an infamous over-packer, and there is literally a place for everything! :)
I haven't really mentioned it on here before, but we're planning on cloth diapering Madelyn, so when I saw this nifty, "little" thing, I knew it was a must have item! The Potty Pail has a handy sprayer, so there is no actually having to bend down and rinse the diaper in the toilet bowl, and the bucket helps prevent any splash up (Thank you!). Best part is, we have an extra toilet IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM...the perfect place to rinse out those soiled diapers!
The Potty Pail
This item is really more on David's wish list than on mine. When I told him that we needed a baby monitor, of course, my tech savvy guy wanted to have the coolest, high-techiest, monitor we could find! :) The iBaby monitor is seriously awesome though! You can control it from you PC, iPad, or iPhone...how cool is that?!

Britax all the way :) We opted to purchase an infant seat so we can use it on the stroller and for convenience purposes. However, I did strongly consider skipping straight to the convertible car seat.
ReplyDeleteThat glider is beautiful and I would love to have a video monitor, but we just have an audio one.
If you have any questions about cloth, let me know. Baby isn't here yet (obviously) but she will be soon and I would be more than happy to offer any insight I have now and even more when I start actually putting the to use!
Happy Friday Jamie :)
I knew you were planning to CD Claire, so I definitely hoped that I could ask you for advice, since you will have actually been doing it for 10 weeks before Madelyn gets here! You'll be a pro by then! ;) Happy Friday to you too!!!
