Madelyn’s size: somewhere between 13.6-14.8 inches, 1.5-2.2 lbs… about the size of an eggplant
weight gain: 1 pound this week, 19 pounds total
maternity clothes: Yes
stretch marks: None
sleep: Tossing and turning and having difficulty getting comfortable, but still sleeping pretty well

Madelyn related: Having Madelyn's shower and receiving so many wonderful gifts for her
Non-Madelyn related: Being able to be present for Marissa Grace's baptism

Just for fun, I thought I'd do a side-by-side comparison of me at 8 weeks pregnant vs. me at 28 weeks pregnant, wearing the same outfit...Wow. What a difference 20 weeks makes!
gender: Precious, baby girl!
belly button in or out: Barely in...Won't be much longer before it's completely out!
movement: Yes. Fewer large movements and more distinct pokes. I can even feel her foot (or something) sometimes when I touch my belly
what I miss: Nothing at the moment
what I'm looking forward to: Finishing up making purchases for Maddy and relaxing until Sissy's wedding, which is the end of October. |
